Common questions
How is the price worked out?
By the number of students in each branch, counted once a year when you renew, so the bill never changes mid-year. Every size gets every module, and every staff member can have a login at no extra cost.
Which devices does Lekhaa run on?
Android phones and tablets, iPhone, iPad, any web browser, and a desktop app for the office computer. Everyone signs in to the same school account.
We use another software right now. Can we switch mid-year?
Yes. Send us your student list and fee balances and we'll import them for free, so each student's dues carry over.
How do parents get the app?
Every fee bill prints a QR code to install the parent app and a code to join. Parents never need a password from the office.
Do we need to buy SMS or WhatsApp credits?
No. WhatsApp messages go from your school's own WhatsApp Business account, billed by Meta. SMS goes out through an Android phone and SIM the school already owns.
Can teachers see fee details?
Each role sees only what it needs. Accountants collect fees but cannot admit students, and teachers see only their own classes.
Does it follow our exam pattern?
Lekhaa supports CBSE, ICSE and state board patterns, including periodic tests, term exams and weighted annual results.
Do you support more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch is priced by its own size, and all of them run under one organisation. Owners can switch between them; staff stay in their own branch.
